How do I log in?

If you are not logged in, you will not be able to view your guides. Go to http://www.dirtytalkingguide.com/login and enter the username and password you signed up with and click the “Login” button to enter the site.

Why can’t I log in?

  • This could be due to many reasons. However, most often, we sign up for so many things that we forget which usernames and passwords go with which sites! If you forget your username and/or password, contact us and we can reset it for you.
  • Once you log in, you can change your password if you choose.
  • Another reason you may not be able to log in is if you have logged in from a different IP address that same day (this means you have attempted to log in from a computer or internet network that is on a different network from that of your previous login). This protection is in place to discourage password and username sharing. However, if you experience this issue, you can either:
    • Try logging in again at a later time
    • Contact us (bear in mind, response time may take up to 72 hours)

Why doesn’t the login recognize my email address?

To log in, you must enter your username and password. Your username may not be the same as your email address, and if this is the case, you must log in with the username that you created during registration.

Why can’t I download the guides?

There are several possibilities:

  1. If you are not logged in, you will need to log in prior to viewing or downloading the guides. Log in with your username and password at: http://www.dirtytalkingguide.com/login
  2. You may need to upgrade your web browser. If you are running an older web browser version, it may not support viewing the guides online. Try upgrading your browser to see if this solves the issue.
  3. You may need to update your version of Adobe Reader. Go to http://get.adobe.com/reader/ and update your Adobe Reader to the most recent version.
  4. If you are on a mobile device, your mobile device may not support viewing the guides online. We are currently in the process of creating mobile compatible formats of the Dirty Talking Guide, but at this time, some mobile devices may not support the current PDF format. Try accessing them on a personal computer or laptop.
  5. If you are still unable to download the guides in your web browser, right click the image of the guide and choose “Save Target As” or “Save Link As” from the menu that appears. This will allow you to save the guides to your computer so that you can view them offline. (You will need to be on a computer, not a mobile device, to accomplish this.)

How do I request a refund if I change my mind?

You can cancel through ClickBank. Following your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from ClickBank. Do not delete this email. It contains a link that you can use to ask us a question if you experience technical difficulties or have any other questions related to the product. This link is also the way that you can request a refund through ClickBank if you decide to cancel your purchase. Please note that refunds are only permitted within sixty (60) days of purchase.

How can I get another edition of the guide (switch from Nympho to Deluxe or vice versa)?

You will have to sign up for your newly chosen edition and pay through ClickBank, and then request a refund of your previous edition through ClickBank. (Please remember, refunds are only permitted within 60 days of purchase.)
